Make the part reference exact
Provide the part number or controlled drawing, wire diameter or profile, and finish. State nominal strap width in millimeters and add an inch reference if your specification uses one.
Keep the system together
Describe strap material and construction, tensioning and closing equipment, and the intended package. Identify any required test method and acceptance criteria.
State quantities and units
List pieces or cartons for each part and separate samples from the proposed order. Request confirmed packing figures for the actual mix.
Define the delivery point
Include the receiving company, full address, state and ZIP code. Clarify whether the requested quote ends at a port, freight terminal or final receiving location.
